Each event will have its own camera policy which may limit or exclude the use of cameras or recording devices. This information will be displayed on the specific event page.

In addition, the Perth Arena standard camera policy does not accept professional cameras with a detachable lens that exceeds 55mm.

Selfie sticks are not permitted inside the Arena.
Yes! Our cloakroom is located at the Information Desk and is offered as a free service.

When cloaking an item you will be issued with a ticket. This ticket must be presented at the Information Desk in order to collect your cloaked item.

After an event, any unclaimed items are logged as Lost Property and will be held for only 3 months at the Arena.
For some events age restrictions may apply. Please see the event page of your specific event for more information.
The Babes in Arms policy outlines the age at which children are allowed to sit on the knee of a paid parent or guardian for free.

Yes! Each accessible toilet in the Arena is fitted with baby change room facilities.

Prams are not permitted into the Arena and need to be cloaked at our Information Desk during an event.

Yes! Wheelchairs are allowed inside the Arena in one of our designated wheelchair bays.

Yes! We have Hearing Augmentation System available from our Information Desk during events.

A Hearing Augmentation System is a system that allows audio from the show to be broadcast to either a set of existing headphones or through the use of a “T” coil to a personal hearing aid.

Yes! Service animals are always welcome at Perth Arena.
Yes! Crutches are allowed and do not have to be cloaked as long as they are able to be stored under your seat.
If you have lost an item at an event please contact us.

Lost property is collected and logged at the end of every event. After three months any unclaimed lost property is donated to the Salvation Army.
Sorry, no food is permitted to be brought to Perth Arena except for special circumstances.

If you are attending an event in a Corporate Suite and have a dietary requirement, please advise your suite host prior to the event so a special meal can be organised for you.
Suite doors will generally open two hours before the event start time, however opening times will depend on the start time for each event. 

Please confirm suite door times with your suite host prior to the event.
We have no formal dress standards however you are required to wear shoes (thongs are acceptable) and make sure that clothing is not offensive or inappropriate in any way.

Potentially dangerous items such as spiked wristbands are not acceptable.

Yes! We have a number of bicycle racks available to use outside of our Administration Entry, outside Entry B and in the car park.

All gifts for artists will be collected at front entries or can be left at the Information Desk. 

Your gift will then be passed on to the event promoter at the end of the night. However, we cannot guarantee that the artist will accept the gifts.

Sorry, no food is permitted to be brought to Perth Arena except for special circumstances including dietary requirements. 

You are welcome to bring one sealed bottle of water with you when visiting the Arena however for safety reasons; bottle caps will be removed before you enter for most events.
We have a number of food options available for those with food allergies including gluten free and vegetarian options in the ground floor lounge and the grey food outlet on Level 1.

However, if you have a food allergy and would like to bring in food and/or drink to your event, please contact us. We can make arrangements for you to enter through our Entry A Priority entrance to ensure there are no issues on entry.
Yes! At least one bar on each level is kept open up to 15 mins before the event’s end.
Tickets to Sky Dining are booked through Ticketek and are used in conjunction with your event ticket.

Simply present your Sky Dining ticket and your event ticket at the door and you will gain access to the Arena.

Please note Sky Dining does not provide priority entry to the Arena. For general admission standing shows, guests must join the queue at Entry B after Sky Dining.

Yes! Please contact us before your event and let us know if you have any food allergies or special dietary requirements and a meal will be organised for you.
If you have purchased tickets separately and would like to sit together at Sky Dining for your event, please contact us with the name of the person who has booked the tickets, the event and the timeslot and we will organise for you to be seated together.
Of course. Time slots are simply used to ease congestion around the live stations.
Yes! There are a number of free water fountains available throughout the foyers of the Arena.
Yes! Coffee is available to purchase from the ground floor lounge.
Tickets can be purchased online via the Ticketek website or from a Ticketek agency.

Tickets can also be purchased and collected from the Perth Arena box office, which is open 2 hours before the show on an event day.
Our box office is only open on event days with opening times depending on the start time for each event.

Your ticket may advise of restricted viewing as there may be part of the show’s production that could affect your view. 

While at an event, you are welcome to advise our Front of House staff if you are unable to see and we will be happy to assist if possible.

Tickets can be reprinted or replaced at any Ticketek pre-paid collection outlet including our Box Office on the day of an event and Ticketek will charge for this service.

The event rate of $20 is applicable for events at Perth Arena, with casual rates being applied before and after the event rate period.

Both the start and end times of the event rate period and car park trading hours depend on the event.

Yes! Car bays are able to be pre-paid 5 mins after entry at any of the dedicated pay stations.
All bays are on a first come, first serve basis and cannot be reserved.
The car park will usually close at midnight on an event night unless otherwise stated.

Yes! There are a number of dedicated ACROD bays available in the Perth Arena car park. 

If the car park is “full”, simply show the car park attendant your ACROD pass and if there are ACROD bays available you will be allowed access into the car park. 

Car bays can’t be reserved and standard parking rates apply.
Yes, the car park has a height restriction of 2.3m.
There is a drop off/pick up bay located approximately 60m from the front of the venue on the corner of Wellington and Milligan Street near the yellow totem.

Please note that you are only able to stay in this bay for a short amount of time.
Most events at Perth Arena are joint ticketed. This means the cost of public transport is included in your event ticket. 

If your ticket includes the Transperth logo or says ‘Includes Public Transport’, simply show your ticket to Transperth staff and you won’t need to pay a fare.

Your event ticket is valid on Transperth for three hours before doors open and up to three hours after the event concludes.
Taxi ranks are located across the road on Wellington Street outside of the Four Points by Sheraton hotel and outside Fluor on Milligan Street.

Our Information Desk is also able to call a taxi service for you.
